I just wanted to send you some positive feed back regarding my experience at Keenan
auto body of Middletown Delaware shop. What an awesome shop. I don’t know if you
remember me but I am the one that had the ford F350 crew cab that had damage around
the wheel well. Melvin 'Skip' Watson, Location Manager was great and very helpful
explaining the process of leaving the vehicle and what to expect. Randy Drier, Estimator
was excellent; he was a straight shooter and dealt with only the Fax.
My truck, which is my pride and joy, looks better than original condition. You are
very lucky to have two great men representing your business so far away from the
mother ship were Don Keenan first opened his business. And special thanks to you
Mike for answering my e-mail and sending me to a shop that had the over sized paint
booth that would except my size vehicle with out any modifications like having to
remove the truck bed. I will definitely deal with this company in the future and
recommend it to friends and family. Please let Skip and Randy no how people appreciate
there business.

on September 13. Our accident happened right after loading to move to Wisconsin.
I reported my claim to State Farm's night coverage, but was not able to get an appointment
to appraise the damage until two days later. I went to State Farm in the morning
hoping to see if someone could get the needed repairs started. I was sent to Keenan.
This was the first sign that a miracle would happen. Before opening, Skip and Randy
came out to meet me. I explained my situation and was told due to the large amount
of damage, it would be difficult, but able to be done. Immediately you pushed the
car to the front of the service list, expedited parts delivery, and proceeded on
parallel paths in repair, reconditioning, and reassembly. I picked it up two days
later, ready for a cross-country trip and looking great. I cannot thank you and your
team at Keenan Auto Body enough for caring about us as people, for work at a high-speed
pace, and for having a relationship with State Farm that made this expedited arrangement
possible. |
